County Road 466A Widening

Lake County

Lake County and the Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) have completed construction in Phases I and II of the County Road 466A widening project. The project, which plans to widen CR 466A between the Sumter County Line and US 27, is split into three phases. Phase I consists of properties between Century Avenue and US 27. Phase II contains properties between the Sumter County Line and Timbertop Lane. Phase III has been divided into two sections: Section A consists of properties between Poinsetta Avenue and Sunny Court; Section B contains properties from Timbertop Lane to Poinsetta Avenue. Lake County and FDOT are currently acquiring land for Phase III.
