The Florida Department of Transportation Released Preliminary Design and Engineering Plans for the Expansion of SR 20

The Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) recently released Preliminary Design and Engineering Plans (“PD&E”) for the expansion of SR 20 in Putnam County. The recently released PD&E indicates that FDOT plans to acquire, by eminent domain if necessary, more than 250 parcels (property) within Putnam County to complete this expansion project.
