The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is engaged in the process of restructuring SR 483 (Clyde Morris) in Volusia County from SR 400 to SR 600/US 92. This planned restructuring includes widening Clyde Morris from four lanes to six lanes as well as  the addition of bike lanes, sidewalks, shared paths, and drainage improvements. FDOT is currently engaged in Right-of-Way acquisition by eminent domain, which will be ongoing through 2023. FDOT has budgeted $9.5 million for eminent domain acquisition and construction has not yet  been scheduled.
