The City of Kissimmee and Osceola County are currently conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study to recommend a preferred alternative for the widening of Hoagland Boulevard (Pleasant Hill Road) from US 17/92 (John Young Parkway) to US 192 (Vine Street). The study will identify the preferred improved typical sections for the corridor to meet capacity demands, increase safety, and provide enhanced pedestrian features. The project will move into the next stage (Design) once the study is completed.
