The Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) is currently in the Design phase of a project to widen US 41 (SR 45) from two lanes to four lanes in Pasco County. The project will run from North of Connerton Boulevard to South of SR 52, a length of 2.2 miles. Additionally, a shared use path will be built along the east side of US 41. Right of way is budgeted for $13.1 million and construction is expected to begin in 2020.
