SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) from East of Kingsway Road to East of McIntosh Road

Hillsborough County

SR 574 is currently a six-lane urban section west of CR 579, which transitions to a three-lane rural corridor east of Highview Road. The three-lane section is retained until Kingsway Road, where the roadway transitions to a two-lane section that provides to McIntosh Road. The SR 574 project corridor is divided into three segments. Segment "A", "B" and "C" are approximately 3.6 miles combined. Segment "C" begins from east of Kingsway Road to east of McIntosh Road. The recommendation for this segment is a four-lane expansion that also provides a 5 foot sidewalk. This would require approximately 131.5 feet of right-of-way.
